I always think it's a form of subtle propaganda to publish this type of photograph in newspaper. Once mighty and powerful leaders now looking like the dirtbags they are. Is this supposed to evoke a feeling of patriotism?

nah, running from an army just does that to people
it's pretty primitive over there so they cant run into a holiday inn to freshen up when theyre probably staying underground
do you try to look your best in the morning and you plan on staying inside? it's not like theyre about to go give a speech when we bust in a door and grab them
